{"id":6793,"date":"2024-06-10T13:12:06","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T11:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avocatrabat.com\/?p=6793"},"modified":"2024-06-10T13:23:38","modified_gmt":"2024-06-10T11:23:38","slug":"lobestation-of-moroccan-nationality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/avocatrabat.com\/en\/lobestation-of-moroccan-nationality\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtaining a certificate of Moroccan nationality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Anyone whose mother is a Moroccan national can apply for a certificate of Moroccan nationality.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant's file must contain the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A copy of the mother's Moroccan national identity card;<\/li>\n<li>A full copy of the mother's birth certificate (in Morocco);<\/li>\n<li>The marriage certificate of the applicant's parents or any other document (Acknowledgement or other) proving the applicant's relationship to the biological father;<\/li>\n<li>A full copy of the applicant's birth certificate;<\/li>\n<li>The applicant's national identity card;<\/li>\n<li>4 Photos of the applicant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the applicant chooses to have a lawyer carry out this procedure, a special mandate for \"completion and withdrawal of the nationality certificate\" will be required.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anyone whose mother is a Moroccan national can apply for a certificate of Moroccan nationality.
