The estate may then be divided up illegally.<\/p>\n<p>It is therefore important for Moroccans born abroad to register their birth (if their parents have not already done so).<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019une difficult\u00e9 concerne \u00e9galement la preuve de la nationalit\u00e9 du demandeur ou de l\u2019un de ses parents, des d\u00e9marches pr\u00e9alables ou parall\u00e8les peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires.
